Crepes to sell

This it is the recipe I use to do crepes in big quantities for sell in markets.

Ingredients

• 300g butter
• 300ml sunflower oil
• 20 egs
• 3.5 lt of milk
• 1 tbs of salt
• 30g of caster sugar
• 1400g of flower

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients by batches in a mixer
2. Rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge
